Referral Programme Terms

1. Who can take part

Any existing Nukkad Shops customer above the age of 18 with an Indian mobile number may take part. A referrer is identified by their NSCIN, the customer ID already unique to their business, and every referral and reward under this programme is credited to that NSCIN. There is no separate referral code.

Registering a referral requires only the NSCIN. An optional account, for tracking referrals and earnings, is secured with your mobile number and a PIN you choose; one account is permitted per NSCIN.

Employees of Nukkad Shops Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. and their immediate families are not eligible. Where a referrer's mobile number matches an employee record, referrals are held for review and are not accepted automatically.

This programme applies to direct sales only. Channel partner organisations cannot register referrals under it, and a referral registered here is never reassigned to a channel partner.

2. Programme dates

• The programme opens on 10 September 2026.
• The last day to register a referral is 8 November 2026.
• A registered referral counts if the referred business has paid in full by 31 December 2026.
• The final settlement of retroactive top-ups runs after 31 December 2026 plus the 30-day return window.

There is a single programme window for all referrers. It does not reset.

3. What you earn

Rewards are calculated per device across all of your closed referrals in the programme:

• 1 device: ₹1,000 per device
• 2 to 5 devices: ₹1,500 per device
• 6 or more devices: ₹2,000 per device

Rates apply retroactively. When your total reaches a higher tier, every device you have already referred is re-rated to the new amount and the difference is paid to you as a top-up.

A device means each billing device on the referred business's order. The precise definition, expected to be the sum of quantities for products flagged as devices on the order, is being finalised and will be published in a later version of these terms.

4. Validity and duplicate referrals

A registered referral is locked to you for 90 days from the date you register it. We check each submission against referrals and enquiries from the preceding 90 days. A referral is not eligible where:

• the number given is your own, which would be a self-referral;
• the business is already a Nukkad Shops customer;
• our team is already in contact with that business;
• another referrer registered the same business first; or
• the referral was submitted after registration closed.

You will always be shown which reason applies. Decisions on eligibility are made by Nukkad Shops.

5. When a reward becomes payable

A reward becomes Eligible once both of these are true: the referred business has paid its invoice in full, and the 30-day return window on that order has passed. An Eligible reward is then reviewed and Approved by our Finance team before it is Paid.

Rewards are not reversed once paid. Where a payment is made in error, our Finance team will contact you to resolve it directly.

6. Tax

The tier amounts stated are gross and inclusive of all taxes. Tax deducted at source is withheld where applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961, and you are paid the net amount. You may be asked for your PAN before payment; where no PAN is supplied, a higher rate of deduction applies.

You remain responsible for your own tax filings on this income, including GST where you are registered.

7. How you are paid

Payment is made only after our Finance team has verified your identity. This normally includes a call to the mobile number you registered with, and may include PAN and a bank or UPI verification.

Payout details are never collected on this website. There is no field anywhere on these pages for a bank account or UPI ID. Our team collects them directly. If anyone asks you to enter payout details into a web page in the name of this programme, it is not us. Report it to Refer.rewards@nukkadshops.com.

8. The details you share about someone else

When you register a referral you confirm that you have that person's permission to share their name, business name and contact details with us for the purpose of being contacted about Nukkad Shops products. We process those details under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our privacy policy, and we use them to contact the business about this enquiry.

A referred business may ask us to delete their details at any time by writing to the address above, which ends any reward attached to that referral.

9. Our rights

We may verify any referral, reject one that does not meet these terms, withhold payment pending verification, suspend an account we believe is being used fraudulently, and change or discontinue the programme. Where we change these terms we will publish a new version on this page. Referrals already registered are assessed under the version in force when they were registered.

For anything about this programme, including a forgotten PIN, email Refer.rewards@nukkadshops.com. There is deliberately no self-serve PIN reset: without an OTP step it would let anyone who knows your mobile number take over your account.
