How it works
Before the shutter goes up, the low-stock list and the items nearing expiry are on your phone. The purchase order to your distributor goes out from the same screen.
Barcode scan for packaged goods, quick keys for loose dal, rice and sugar. UPI, card or cash on one bill, receipt printed or sent by SMS. Offline if the network is down.
A regular takes the bill on credit. It is recorded on their profile at billing, with the running balance, and settled the same way when they pay.
Day-end sales by item and by payment mode, stock as it stands, and each customer's khata balance, on the dashboard or your phone. No notebook to total.
GSTR-ready reports export from the billing data for you or your accountant. If the shop is not GST registered, you simply skip this step.
