Does billing connect to the kitchen?

Yes. Confirmed orders fire kitchen order tickets (KOTs) automatically, so the kitchen works from the same order the bill is built on.

Can customers pay by card at the counter or table?

Yes. DINO integrates with EDC terminals from Pine Labs, Payswiff, PhonePe and Razorpay - the bill amount is pushed to the machine and the payment reconciles against the bill automatically.
