Questions, answered
How much do I earn?
It depends on how many devices you have referred in total. One device earns ₹1,000. Two to five earn ₹1,500 each. Six or more earn ₹2,000 each. The rate is per device, not per shop, so one shop buying three counters counts as three.
What does retroactive mean?
Reach a higher band and every device you have already referred is re-rated to the new amount. If your first device paid ₹1,000 and your second takes you to the ₹1,500 band, the first one is topped up by ₹500. You never lose out by starting small.
Who can refer a shop?
Any Nukkad Shops retailer. Your NSCIN is your identity in the programme, so you need to be an existing customer. Nukkad Shops employees and channel partners are excluded.
Where do I find my NSCIN?
Open the side menu on your POS device. It is at the top, in the form NSCIN4821. If you still cannot find it, email Refer.rewards@nukkadshops.com and we will look it up.
When do I get paid?
Two things happen first: the shop pays in full, and the 30-day return window passes. The reward then becomes Eligible, Finance approves it, and it is paid. You can watch each referral move through those stages on your referral page.
Do I need an account?
Not to refer. The quick form asks for your NSCIN and the shop's details, and that is all. An account is only for tracking: activate one with your mobile number and a 4-digit PIN to see your referrals and earnings.
How do I give my bank or UPI details?
You do not, and there is no place on this site to enter them. Finance collects them directly after verifying who you are, and will call you on the number you registered with. Anyone asking you to type payout details into a web page is not us.
