Position for Telesales Executive- Contractual (Mumbai)

We are looking for a telesales executive who will pitch our products and services over phone. The executive will be responsible for generating revenue, manage accounts and maintain client relationships, all through making and taking phone calls. These calls can be for existing customers for cross-selling / up-selling new product/service offerings or for new customer acquisition.

Education - UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Job Location: Mumbai.
Experience: 0-2 Years
  • Represent Nukkad Shops products in the Market.
  • Build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and conduct market intelligence activities.
  • Develop and maintain a regular reports of sales calls, demo and closures.
  • 1-3 years of experience as Tele Caller (preferably IT)
  • Good communication skills and well versed in English and Hindi.
  • Capable of handling outbound calls and explaining about the product to customers
  • Persuasion and Negotiation skills
  • Ready to work under pressure and self motivated
  • Target oriented and proactive
  • Coordination and follow-up skills
  • Ready to do 200/300/500 calls on daily basIs
  • Interest to work in the retail technology industry
